Weekly Weed: Poems for the Children's Hour



Did you know that The Star has 3 verses? Here it is:

Twinkle, twinkle, little star,
How I wonder what you are!
Up above the world so high,
Like a diamond in the sky.

In the dark-blue sky you keep,
And often through my curtain peep,
For you never shut your eye
Till the sun is in the sky.

As your bright and tiny spark
Lights the traveller in the dark,
Though I know not what you are,
Twinkle, twinkle, little star.

This poor, old book, titled Poems for the Children's Hour has a copyright date of 1957! As far as I can tell, the book hasn't been checked out in years. It is too torn up on the outside to be decorative, so does anyone have any ideas on how to use it? The pages might make an interesting wallpaper...
